This web site has full shopping cart and secure check-out capabilites. We welcome your internet orders! Please take care during the checkout process to enter a correct email address and phone number so that we can follow up with you on your order if needed. We can also take your order by phone and will consult with you to precisely identify the right instruments or items. Orders via fax, e-mail and regular mail are accepted as well. All prices are F.O.B. our shop in Brasstown, NC and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods
Domestic: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit/debit cards.
We will not charge your card until the order is ready to ship unless a deposit is required for a special order. Personal checks and US Postal Service money orders are also welcome but will delay your orders' shipment until payment is received. Orders from North Carolina residents are subject to NC sales tax.
International: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards and charge in US dollars only. Bank drafts and International Postal Money Orders in US Dollars are also accepted. Electronic wire transfers are accepted with a $12 sevice fee for orders under $500 - please ask for our bank details.
Sorry, we do not accept American Express or Pay-Pal.
Shipping Methods
Domestic: Very small and light-weight items such as strings are sent as letters with postage usually under $3.00. Our base shipping charge for small items to US and Canadian destinations is $6.50 via US Postal Service Priority Mail. For larger or heavier orders, the actual cost of shipment will be added to the invoice total and this cost is determined when the order is packed. Please trust that we do not seek any profit from shipping charges. For faster service, and only at your request, we can ship via Federal Express or U.S.P.S. Express Mail for additional cost.
International: The cost of international shipments varies greatly depending on the method, weight and destination. We will work with you to find the best shipping solution to meet your needs. The most inexpensive shipping is via international air post which often takes several weeks to arrive and does not include any tracking service. FedEx service with tracking is an option at a much
higher cost. Please understand we have no involvement with the import duties (VAT) you may have to pay when your package arrives.
